Top Sheet (Surface Layer)

Acquisition/Distribution Layer
A tissue paper layer beneath the top sheet helps distribute fluid evenly across the absorbent core, preventing localized pooling and improving absorption efficiency.
Absorption Core
The core combines fluff pulp and Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) in a composite structure. The SAP particles instantly absorb and lock away liquid, turning into a gel to prevent leakage and re-wetting, while the fluff pulp provides structural support and rapid fluid distribution. The SAP content is carefully calibrated by pad size to match the urination volume of different pet breeds.
Leak-Proof PE Back Sheet
The bottom layer features a PE film with a thickness of ≥0.03mm that acts as a leak-proof barrier.
